Dassia is a picturesque resort situated on the North east coast of Corfu, with a massive selection of accommodation to suit every taste and budget. Dassia is quite a cosmopolitan resort offering many daytime and night-time choices, this is a busy little town without the “lager lout” feel to it. It suits everyone, whether you are a families looking for family hotels and nice beaches of a young couple wanting a club or two and plenty bars to choose from.

The beach is Dassia is a perfect place to spend your days, with soft golden sands, gently shelving into the shallow waters. Dassia’s speciality is water sports, the water sports centre offers every type of sport available, including jet skis, water skiing, para gliding , kayaks, canoes and much much more. Dassia’s beach has lots of bars and cafés and traditional tavernas where you can enjoy a snack or drink and cool down out of the hot Corfu sun.

Dassia is classed as one of Corfu’s busiest resorts by night, with a huge selection of bars and cafés offering cocktails and beers and wines too. There are many that cater for children too and offer excellent evening entertainment. Or maybe you want to experience the many restaurants and traditional tavernas offering local produce, fabulous menu’s and the odd plate smashing and Greek dancing. Maybe you want more clubs to dance until the early ours, Ipsos is a mere 10 minute taxi ride away and has a much larger selection of cosmopolitan bars and nightclubs. Corfu Town is only 30 minutes away too, so the choice is yours. Dassia has it all, and there are plenty places to kick back and relax too. A very friendly place to be.

Dassia is very well places to enjoy the sights and sounds of this pretty Ionian Emerald isle. Corfu Town and the Archaeological museum, shops, boutiques and marina is nice for a day out. There is a selection of water parks and zoo’s for the families or young at heart. Pelekas is a beautiful resort and also the highest point from which to watch the stunning sunset. There is golf in The Ropa Valley, mountain bikes for hire and some amazing markets for souvenirs etc.

Dassia has it all, beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants and offers a livelier but still typically Greek destination.
