Cala Blanca is a beautiful resort situated in the most western point of Menorca, it is a fabulous resort with plenty of activities nearby to enjoy. This resort if perfect for sun worshippers too with 2 fantastic beaches on which to spend hours sunbathing and long hours of sunshine every day.

Days in Cala Blanca are mostly spent on the 2 wonderful beaches in the resort, both a sheltered and safe for children, soft golden sand that gently shelves into the most beautiful crystal clear waters. Many people come here for snorkelling and diving due to the clarity of the water and the rocky coves close by. Diving is a popular past time for the very same reason. For those wanting water sports, Cala Blanca has it all from pedallos, jet skis, wind surfers, para gliding and banana and ringo rides, to name but a few. The beaches remain uncrowded, even during high season and there is always plenty of sun loungers and parasols for hire, a perfect place to sit and watch the kiddies play in the safe, shallow water and there is plenty bars and beach cafés for a spot of lunch or a cool drink.

Cala Blanca has more than its fair share of places to wine and dine, Cala Blanca has quite an international choice of restaurants, Indian, Italian and chines as wellll as Spanish and English menus on offer. There are plenty cafés, snack bars and fast food places too. The choice of bars and cafés all offer family friendly places to spend your evenings and most have some sort of evening entertainment too. For those wanting to enjoy the resort, there is a mini train that will take you to the shops and the beach and runs through til late, and there is plenty shops, boutiques and souvenir stalls to enjoy in the resort. For a more lively feel, take a trip into nearby Cuidadella, where the choice is larger and the shopping is superb with many bargains to be had.

Cala Blanca is in a great location for getting out and about around Menorca, and many of the excursions are a short bus or taxi ride away. There is 2 amazing water parks with a fabulous choice of chutes and slides, kids just love the fun and excitement here. Everyone must take a trip to Mahon, the islands capital, not only is it rich with historical sights, it has a wonderful harbour, just perfect for enjoying a cool drink and sitting watching the world go by, or having a wonderful meal in one of the fish restaurants located around the marina. You can pick up some wonderful bargains in the many shops and boutiques and souvenir stalls. Another must see has got to be the dancing horses of Andalusia, a truly magnificent performance showing the connection between man and beast.
