The quaint resort of Cala San Vincente is situated on the north coast of Majorca, it is a totally unspoiled area where you can go to relax and see a bit of Spain as it was before tourists hit. Cala San Vincente is a fabulous area, especially if you enjoy walking, there is some incredible walks through the rugged scenery and mountainside.

Cala San Vincente is a wonderful destination for a beach holiday, there are 3 beaches which serve this resort and are all fabulous quality. Head to the main beach of Cala Barques where it is a perfect location for soaking up the sun and relaxing, with plenty sun loungers and parasols for hire. There is a good selection of beach side restaurants and cafés offering great food and long cool drinks too. Families tend to head to Cala Clara Beach or Cala Morlins with soft golden sand, gently shelving into crystal clear, shallow waters, perfect for kiddies wanting to play in a safe environment. There is a small selection of water sports for those wanting to burn off little energy, pedallos, canoes etc.

Cala San Vincente is a relaxed resort of an evening, with a small selection of bars, and pubs and a varied entertainment on offer, along with more traditional restaurants for an evening meal. There is a few snack bars and cafés and a couple of fast food places but on the whole, very relaxed. For a bigger choice of evening entertainment, take a taxi or bus into Alcudia, with lots of family friendly bars and restaurants and a pleasant change of scenery.

Cala San Vincente is perfectly located to explore this wonderful island of Majorca in the Balearic, visit Alcudia for culture too, with its huge Roman walls and museums and of course a fabulous water park, just perfect for families young and old. Nearby Alcanda has an 18 hole golf course too. Take a trip to the islands capital of Palma, with many cultural sights, including an amazing Gothic castle, and its aquarium, Mediterranean gardens and even its own tropical gardens. The Caves of Drach have always been popular, take a boat trip under ground on a lake and then spend some time exploring the wonderful Port of Monte Christo. These are just a few of the amazing excursions that Majorca has to offer, but there are many, many more.

Cala San Vincente is a small but perfectly formed resort and has true Spain running through its veins, its just idyllic.
